PON Mixing Technology
The Power Of Nature (PON technology) - Patent Mixing Technology - is used to mix the substrates in the digester without using electricity! These natural forces help saving on operational cost (OPEX) and investment (CAPEX). This mixing allows higher dry matter (DM) in the digester and also higher biogas production compared to standard digesters. No other biogas system is using the Paten protected PON mixing. Thus PON is a unique technology which is optimized for high DM / liquid fermentation. Our technology is designed to use minimal moving parts and allows operation with minimal amount of time (15-30 minutes per day). This concept reduces maintenance cost.
